You're Not Imagining It

Something isn't adding up.

You're experienced. You're capable. By most measures, you're doing well. But there's a gap between where you are and where you know you could be — and it's not because you're not working hard enough. You're working too hard. On the wrong things. Without the right room.

None of that is a you problem. It's a resources problem. And that's exactly what these workshops are built to solve.

You're undercharging

and you feel the guilt of wanting to charge more — even though you've earned it.

You're making decisions alone

without a framework, a sounding board, or anyone who truly gets what you're building.

You know AI could help

but you're not sure where to actually start — and the hype is exhausting.

Why Assembly Required

We built this because the existing options weren't built for you.

Most business education was designed by people who didn't have to fight for the room. The networks, the capital, the informal mentorship that happens after the meeting — women have been working around those gaps for decades. We're done working around them.

Assembly Required exists to close the gap directly. Every workshop is built and taught by practitioners who are in it — not academics talking about it. The content is specific, the time is protected, and the room is intentionally small.

You already have the intelligence. This is where you get the advantage.

The Workshops

Each one a complete experience on its own.

Take the one that's most urgent right now. Every workshop stands alone — no required order, no pressure to commit to all of them. All held at The Space, Denver CO.

How It Works

Simple on purpose.

01
Pick your workshop

Find the one that hits closest to where you are right now. Each listing has the full description, outcomes, and who it's built for. Not sure? Start with Built to Be Seen or reach out.

02
Register and show up

Registration takes two minutes through Stripe. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need — date, location, and what to bring. Most workshops run three hours.

03
Walk out with something real

This is a working session, not a lecture. You'll think, build, and decide. The format is designed so you can actually participate — not just keep up.

No complicated onboarding. No 12-week commitment. Just show up and do the work.

What Women Are Saying

Don't take our word for it.

Erika's work enabled many team members to step into greater self-power, ownership, and deeper teaming with others.

Margaret V · New York

I've been to a lot of workshops. This was the first one where I left with something I used the same week.

Rose G · Controller, AE Productions

She takes time to see where you are in your AI journey, and helps you build a bridge to your ultimate destination — sharing great resources and not afraid to push the limits of your skills in a safe and warm environment.

Edmund L · Agile Coach

We're in our founding season. Join an upcoming workshop and your voice could be the one that helps the next woman say yes.

Stop Saving It for Later

Stop Saving It for Later

You've bookmarked the tools. You've read the threads. You've said "I really need to figure out my social media" more times than you'd like to admit.

You know what to do. You just haven't had the right room to do it in. That's the part we fixed.

Three hours. A small group of women building at your level. Real work, real output — something you'll open on Monday and actually use.

This is the something.

Who We Are

Built from the inside. In the room with you.

We're not consultants who studied this problem from a distance. We're two women who have run businesses, navigated career pivots, and sat in rooms where we were the only ones who looked like us — and we're still very much in the middle of building something ourselves.

We created Assembly Required because the school we needed didn't exist and we got tired of waiting for someone else to build it. Everything in this series comes directly from what we've learned, what we've tested, and what we've watched work for women at every stage of the journey.

We didn't build this to teach from a stage. We built it to be in the room with you. Because we believe the smartest thing any of us can do right now is stop figuring it out alone.

Good Questions

Things women ask us before they register.

Here are the ones we hear most often.

Are these workshops in person, virtual, or both?

Currently in person. All workshops are held at The Space, 12855 E Adam Aircraft Cir, Englewood, CO 80112. Virtual options may be added — reach out to be notified.

Do I need to be a business owner to attend?

Not at all. These workshops are built for women who are running a business, building a career inside a company, navigating a transition, or figuring out what comes next. If the description sounds like your life, you belong in the room.

Do I need to take them in order?

No. Each workshop is a complete experience on its own. Start wherever it feels most urgent. Many women find that one workshop naturally leads them to the next — but there's no required sequence.

What if I can't make the scheduled date?

Most workshops run more than once. Reach out and you'll be first to know when new dates are added.

What's your refund policy?

We stand behind the work. If you attend a workshop and don't feel you got real value from it, reach out within 48 hours and we'll make it right. We'd rather have a conversation than a transaction.

Still have a question? Reach out at support@kineticchange.com. We actually respond — usually within one business day.
